Im sorry its so long but the more detail the better picture of that…
I’d noticed that guy about 2 months ago from now. I started to attend to a swimming pool and he’s a lifeguard there. Initially I didnt pay much attention to him and was busy swimmin even when he was staring, sittin on a chair and supervising everything. When I went out of the pool and I passed him by, he stared with a very sweet smile. In a blink of an eye, I found myself attracted to him physically. He is tall and his body is well, probably he goes to a gym often. I loved that as it makes an impression of, you know, security and masculinity. Afterwards I felt his gaze on me and we exchange some smiles. I was surprised such a guy has noticed me (although i am not bad physically, i have low self esteem). I started to attend the pool more often, about every weekend. Every time he smiled, asked how i am and stared a lot. A couple of times I saw he is talkin with his collegues, and every guy, inc him, was staring at my direction. It was amazing being adored by a very confident, handsome and strong-lookin man. I felt sympathy and lust. I started to have sex fantasies. I couldnt really look him in the eye for longer, that’s how much he intimidated me and taking my breath (thats pretty unusual)…
But once I was there with my girl mate. She also was intrigued by him and she stared more often. When he got to know with that, he started to make jokes and laugh with his mates. She swims poorly so they openly commented this. My mom was there with us and said to me ‘they laughed at your friend, and when he (the attractive one) saw I observe him, he suddenly got serious.’
He does it ONLY when she’s with me, not when I am alone. What’s more, I’ve noticed he flirts with the other girls (collegues) from distance and twice in front of me ( touched them in a flirty way). Although it wasnt comfortable for me and something tells me he’s a jerk, I cant stop likin him. I started to ignore him. He was trying to get my attention again but then he ignored me as well (turning back when i looked at him and – thats funny- secretly glanced in my direction from time to time). After some time, i heard ’she’s playing hard-to-get’ behind my back when i passed by him and his male collegue. Dunno which one said that.
After come time, everything went back to normal and we say hi to each other. Seems like playing hard to get doesnt work with him. Once I swam and waved at him (then i’ve lost balanced a bit when swimmin), when I got to the end of the pool he appeared there and said ‘dont wave at me, you’ve nearly drowned.’ with a smile – what does it mean? was it rude or flirty?
Once I had a cramp on my neck and sat at the egde of the pool. He was behind.
‘whats up’ he says
‘a cramp prob’ly…’
he: ‘i’d massage u but i could have trouble if i do.’
I feel intensive stare from him when I pass him by, I feel his eyes on me all the way i walk. He always keep eye contact with me but i cant stand it more that few seconds. Once I quickly glanced at him and noticed his eyes like ‘absent’ and a half-smile. Once I asked why does he stare he just said ‘just turnin back!’ and laughed.
He didnt ask me out or something at all. Just stares and smiles and it’s getting creepy.
He’s really appealing and seems to be liked by ppl around. Veeery confident guy.
What u think? What should i do?
Is he playing me or liking me?
it seems that he is interested in you..why not stop by and chat with him…even invite him to hang out after he gets off work you have nothing to lose and everything to gain
