Is it legal to lifeguards to drink on the job in Greece?

I’m going to take a travel company to court and I would like to know if they have lied to me buy saying that in Greece it is legal for lifeguards to drink whilst they are working, surely this cannot be true!
Its not legal.

What do the lifeguards do outside their lifeguard job?

Basically, I’m interested to know, who are the lifeguards? I guess most of them are part-time. So what do they usually do when they are not working as lifeguards? What are the occupations of most of them? And how long (in terms of years, months) usually do they stay as lifeguard? Where do they go afterwards?
I’m a lifeguard and have worked in many different places like pools (outdoor and indoor) and beaches (rivers and lakes). I’m a 19 year-old student in University now but I’ve been lifeguarding since grade 9. 90% of the people I worked with were students either in high school or University. Some were pursuing careers in healthcare while others, like me, were pursuing careers in fields unrelated to lifeguarding. There were also some older lifeguards (30s, 40s) who did it full-time and part-time. I worked with a firefighter and a paramedic. I guess lifeguards are the same people you find working at any other jobs that don’t require a lot of education, just some intermediate to advanced training in swimming and standard first aid and CPR.

For my AWSI course I have to teach a Swimmer 5 class how to do surface dives.
Are there any fun/creative ways to teach this?

OK grab a hula-hoop and some diving rings. Get your class to line up along the edge of the pool. Get in the pool yourself with the hula-hoop and a couple diving rings. With one hand on the edge of the pool at the kids’ feet, hold the hula-hoop out about 1.5-2 meters away from them. Ask the first kid to throw the diving ring through the hoop and then to dive headfirst into the hoop. To stress diving safety tell them to keep their arms outstretched ahead of them the WHOLE time including when they resurface. If you wanna include deep water submerging then ask them to bring up the diving rings with them! 
wait… unless you meant surface dives as in they are already in the water. In THAT case just use the diving rings!
