Does Ohio have lifeguard manning requirements for pools and beaches?

The normal for about every state (I know its law in Illinois)…one lifeguard chair for every 20 square feet or a lifeguard may be posted in a special area because of environmental concerns. It also may change depending on which chairs are cut. so its a flexible law
