Each interview will be different, but many will ask the same sort of questions. They will probably ask you to start by telling them a little about yourself. Make sure you tell them what you want them to know. Don’t just say, "Uh. I like to swim". Try to tie in ANY relevant experiences you have. For instance, maybe you have watched a little brother or sister swim to make sure they were being safe. Tell them that! Be friendly.
They will probably ask you a few scenario type questions- like, "What would you do if…" respond honestly, as over-thinking these types of questions makes it seem like you re just trying to say what they want to hear.
At the end, they will ask if you have any questions. Make sure you ask at least one, but still sound like you know a little about the job. So, don’t ask, "Where will I be working?" Instead, try something like, "I know I will be working at XYZ Pool, but what would my hours be like?" This shows that you have done some research on your own and are really into the job.

make it look like your interested, dont talk fast, look at your interviewer-not the wall/ceiling. try to keep calm and maybe ask your friends to help you by practising answering questions.

just be polite and always ask a question so you seem really into the job...but make it a good question..not something like what color shirt will i get
