    Sleep soundly,parents of RC’s youth.Knowing that while you are at work,your children are safe within the chain-links of the RC municipal pool.Supervised closely by a group of highly trained,CPR certified,and perhaps slightly bi-curious group of individuals assigned to guard the lives of your children.OR,have the members of the community required to maintain a 1000 foot buffer from said location managed to infiltrate the system altogether? I wonder, as I drive past the 400 block of HWY 20
