Shows lifeguards throwing the pig skin, chilling in the water, walking tough, pulling off gainers, trying to pull of gainers, running with spinal boards while leaf blowing crazies strut with their shirts undone, cleaning after situations, helping abused lost children and protecting them from their crazy dads, pulling off the splits on some green grass, getting smoked by footballs, dealing with heatstroke at the park with some oxygen therapy, reporting on the windy weather, talking about free hamburger day, performing lumbar spinals, and dealing with crazies tripping on E. All set to some banging tunes!

Part 4 of your favorite Lifeguard show. Film covers the events prior to the chlorine leak on July 10th 2007. Shows lifeguards training the morning of; running and jogging, doing gainers, diving, swimming, performing tow and carries. Also covers an explosion at the food concession, and finishes with the staff relaxing after the chlorine leak playing acoustic guitar in Roady’s backyard. Also features Miss Toronto 2009, who was an employee at the time.
